Island Grill
To celebrate British Tomato Week (21- 27 May 2012) Island Grill at the Lancaster London, will be producing a special tomato-themed menu to showcase the wonderful diversity of this juicy ingredient.
Lancaster London’s eco-friendly ethos also means that all of the tomatoes will be sourced from local UK farmers. The stylish contemporary restaurant overlooks Hyde Park offering superb views whilst enjoying this celebration menu.
Dishes will include: Gazpacho soup; Tiger prawn and smoked tomato tagliatelle; Pan-fried skate on heritage tomato ratatouille; and Stilton and slow roasted plum tomato tart with a spinach, tomato & balsamic dressing.
The taste of tomato menu will be priced at £9.50 for two courses, or £4 for the soup and £10.50 for a main course, available from noon-10.30 pm.
