Asia de Cuba

Asia de Cuba, the award winning Chino-Latino restaurant located within the stylish St. Martins Lane hotel, has announced the launch of a new ceviche bar. Think fresh, full-flavoured crudos, harking Asia de Cuba back to its fun Cuban roots.

Raw bars are so on trend in 2012, and where better to sample the very best sustainably sourced seafood than at London’s Cuban hotspot. The newly created ceviche and crudos bar brings a fresh approach to this concept. Dive in and try the Scallop tataki and dragon fruit with aged soy, rum and ginger and finger lime caviar and the Curry swordfish and passion fruit with lemon oil, toasted coriander seeds and fried capers.

Asia de Cuba first launched at the Morgans Hotel in New York in 1997, which soon led to opening of its second location at the Mondrian, LA in 1999. The restaurant then opened in London at St Martins Lane in September 1999 with the most recent addition to the bona fide brand at the Mondrian, South Beach which celebrated its opening in December 2008.
